Method-1: If your Mobile Number Is Register with CBSC:

• Go to the digilocker official website or click on the link https://digilocker.gov.in/, sign in with your username and password or Aadhaar Number
• A digital locker dashboard will appear on the screen, now you can see “latest notification” to the right side of the page; here click on “looking for your CBSE digital mark sheet”
• You have to sync your “Aadhaar card”
• you can download or print your mark sheet

Method-2 : If your mobile number is not registered with CBSE:

• Go to the Digilocker CBSE MarkSheet Download website or click on the link (https://digilocker.gov.in/), click on signup, here enter your mobile number and click on sent OTP
• Enter the OTP and go to the profile page. Sync the Aadhaar card with digilocker, it will show up your Aadhaar profile
• Click on “pull partner documents’ on the left-hand side, select CBSC from a drop-down.
• In “document type” select SSC Certificate and enter your year, roll number also click on “Get document”. You can read a message as ‘Fetching data from its original source’
• Then your data get from CBSE servers, click ‘sane to locker’. Confirm message for saving of URI to issue documents
• Click on issued documents also click on ‘view documents’
• Then you will see your CBSC digital mark sheet
