DigiLocker is the online storage space to keep your documents and certificates safe. If you are having all documents in DigiLocker then no need to carry them physically.  You can use these documents anywhere at any time. User possesses their aadhar card to use the DigiLocker. How to upload documents or certificates in Digital Locker

  • Go and visit the official website of DigiLocker https://digilocker.gov.in/
  • Then you need to sign in the DigiLocker account as per your details
  • Then your account dashboard will open on your screen. In the middle of the page, initial options are displayed that you need to upload your personal documents or documents.
  • Or else you can choose the option “Upload documents” which is present at the left side of home page.
  • On that, you can select the folder option if you can maintain the separate file for the uploading documents. You need to add some description to upload the document.
  • Click on the Upload button and then select the file which you want to upload and then the file will be loaded
  • Next, select the document type and click on save button. The page will be reloaded and it will appear
  • If you want to share this document then you also share it with your personal once.
  • For each and every document there will be the Digi sign option for the security
  • You can simply check any file you can easily get the data and you can easily remove documents by click on the Remove button
  • This DigiLocker will maintain all details of your Aadhar card
  • In DigiLocker there is the requester button for the users. This will helps that if any company or organization needs to check your documents then you can add them into requested option then they can check your documents
  • DigiLocker acts as the cloud storage also after completing the work you can easily log out the DigiLocker account.
